Returns & refunds

Print on demand and custom made products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product.

In case there is a problem with your order and/or the received products, please get in touch with us within 15 days of product delivery. We offer a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

If the order shipping details were incorrect, or there is a failure to claim the shipment, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply don't like the product,  we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Shipping, taxes & customs fees

We ship from EU. Customs fees are taxes can sometimes be applied to imported shipments, based on each country's import regulations.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country.
